Abstract

Briefly, Atria's approach refers to three aspects of social rights: the foundation, the concept, and the structure. In this text, I will refer to each of these aspects, and I will try to show that Atria's thesis on the political and non-legal understanding of social rights does not seem to be a plausible thesis.
