Abstract

In the present work, Parmigiani will try to argue that the appointment to Ferrajoli not only is not necessary to provide sustenance to Peralta’s argumentation -it would be independent from what Ferrajoli says - but that it would not even turn out to be useful as evaluative criterion tending to test any penal theory that boasts of authentic liberal.
