The work of Juan Pablo Alonso presented here is based on a problem generated by the combination of different factors. That is, the problem that is generated when there are multiple criminal rules applicable to a case, in a context in which the duties and competences of citizens are not necessarily correlative with those of judges. The work is discussed by Iñigo Ortiz de Urbina Gimeno, Luís Duarte d'Almeida, Alejandra Verde and José Milton Peralta.
