Abstract

The text reviews briefly the two tomes belonging to the last Volume of the Treatise of Legal Philosophy and General Jurisprudence, initially edited by Enrico Pattaro and now with the participation of Corrado Roversi. In the first section, the text introduces the structure of both tomes and in the two following sections it offers an overview of Tome 1 and Tome 2, respectively. In each case the comments are focused on the references to legal philosophy in Latin America, primarly in Argentina.
