Silva Sánchez offers an analysis regarding the rights and duties of a person who finds himself in a state of necessity. In general his article refers to the problem of responsibility of those who prevent the conduct necessary to defend or protect a given right and the correlative duties of tolerance implied in contexts of necessity.
