A Few Words in Memory of Eugenio Bulygin

A few months ago we received the sad news of the death of Eugenio Bulygin (1931-2021). Among many other things, Professor Bulygin is a fundamental part of the history of Discusiones. Not only because of his involvement with the Universidad Nacional del Sur, but also because of his close collaboration and friendship with those who were the founders and editors-in-chief of Discusiones. As a tribute, we will use this space in his memory, in the words of those who knew him.
