The present paper reviews the book “Teoría analítica del derecho” by Jorge Rodríguez. The first part provides a brief overview of the contents of the volume, whereas the second part puts forwards some critical remarks about the application of logic to norms, the relation between legal positivism and skepticism in ethics, hierarchies among norms, legal dynamics, legal interpretation, and the truth of the factual premises of judicial decisions. The final section underlies the main virtues of the reviewed book.
