Abstract

The analysis of the comments and criticisms present in this issue has allowed us to rethink some points on the subject, and this work is the result of such reflections. It is not intended to offer an answer to all the questions under discussion, but only to advance some additional ideas, basically regarding the distinction between the unconstitutionality of a legal norm and its declaration by a controlling body, the link between such a distinction and the conception adopted regarding the interpretation of norms and certain aspects related to the dynamics of constitutional systems.
