This piece of work is a comment on Legal Teaching Into The Learning Economy of Josefa Dolores Ruiz. The author analyzes the impacts of the learning economy on the legal professions and on the legal teaching. I propose some nuances in the functioning of this learning economy, and its impact on the other instances studied.
